By enrolling in our program, community, or any other product offered, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not continue with your purchase.

This Agreement (the “Agreement’”) specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of our courses and describes the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of the Site. This Agreement may be modified at any time by upon posting of the modified agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. You can view the most recent version of these terms at any time at our website. Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

Terms Relating to User Supplied Site Content.

(a) Participate at Your Own Risk. You enter and participate in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site, and gain access to the materials contained thereon at your own risk.

(b) No Monitoring. In the event that we are notified by any party that any communications contained in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site is contrary to these terms, we may, but are not obligated to, investigate the situation and determine in our own discretion, whether to remove such communication from our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site. We have no liability or responsibility to investigate or remove any content from our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site based upon a complaint or otherwise.

(c) Your Reliance at Your Risk. This includes material which is disruptive, abusive, offensive, illegal, vulgar, pornographic, or any other material. You hold us harmless from and against any damage you or others may suffer as a result of our removal of any content from our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site or from the discontinuance of our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site at any time.

(g) Right to Expel. This includes, but is not limited to any violation of this agreement, disruptive behavior, complaints from other parties, any allegedly illegal activity, or for any other reason or for no reason at all.

(h) Right to Terminate. We reserve the right to terminate our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site at any time and all users hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, suits, threats, demands, liabilities, actions, causes of action, or injuries that may result therefrom, including but not limited to any consequential, incidental, and special damages of every nature and type.

(i) Prohibitions. You agree that you will not:

1. Use our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site for any illegal purpose.
2. Place any material in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site that violates the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, confidential information or other rights of any other party.
3. Place any material in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site that contains a false statement about any person, infringes upon the privacy rights of any other person, or threatens, harasses, abuses or embarrasses any other person.
4. Place any obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or violent materials, graphics, photographs, text or otherwise in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site.
5. Place any advertising, attempted business solicitation, marketing materials or sales promotional materials in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site.
6. Pretend to be another person that you are not.
7. Place materials in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site that are disruptive or off-topic.

(j) Hold Harmless and Indemnify. You hold us harmless from, and indemnify us against, any and all claims for damages from third parties arising from your participation, use or conduct in our forum, bulletin board, chat room, or any other user interactive area of our site.

5. Miscellaneous.

(a) Prohibition Against Data Mining. You are prohibited from data mining, scraping, crawling, email harvesting or using any process or processes that send automated queries to our Programs. You may not use our Programs to compile a collection of listings, including a competing listing product or service. You may not use the Site or any Materials for any unsolicited commercial e-mail.

(b) Intended Audience. This website is intended for adults only. This website is not intended for any children under the age of 18.

(c) Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the website. You further agreed that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

(d) Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC, and our partners, employees, and affiliates, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.

Services Terms and Conditions

Our Sessions identify the client's organizational challenges as well as individual goals. Each client is unique and different and results will vary. However, it is essential for Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC to obtain a clear picture of the client's needs. Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC will, but not limited to, photograph and measuring the space (s) to be organized in order to meet the client's needs. We may ask the hard questions, but know we come from a place of love and respect.

Implementation/Commitment: The amount of time to get organized varies based on the client's needs and participation in the organizing process.

Please understand each client is unique and different and results will vary. Organizing habits will occur over time. Our packages are designed for a more hands on approach with our organizing team. Our goal is to assist you in rejuvenating your quality of life so you can have a harmonious home, life or work environment.

Photographs:

Before and after photos will be taken for reference and/or promotional material. Please let us know if you would like a digital copy for your records we will be happy to provide it.

Organizational Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the services described on this agreement by Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC. I acknowledge, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:

• I understand acceptance of this agreement will immediately move forward with the financial commitment for the organizational sessions. Client is fully responsible for any bank charges that occur due to insufficient account funds.
• Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to hold their appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final payment.
• Client is responsible for purchasing agreed upon supplies (files folders, labels, storage containers, etc.) necessary for the completion of this project. Supplies must be ordered and delivered to the client’s home or office, prior to the first session date. Therefore, Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC will assist client with ordering agreed upon supplies on the date of signed proposal. If supplies are purchased by Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC an extra cost to the client will be applied and discussed.
• Client is responsible for any travel fees. Normally travel fees are incurred if client is located more than 30 minutes away from Murfreesboro, TN.
• The agreement shall be effective until such time as there is a gap of more than two months between organizing sessions with the clients.
• Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs and I further hereby waive all rights of exemption as to personal property under the Constitution and Laws of the State in which services were performed.

Schedule/Cancellation Fee:

• Schedules shall be set by mutual agreement between Client and Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC at the time of agreement and deposit.
• Cancellation of a scheduled appointment less than 48 hours will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment time and payable immediately.
• Client is required to be present during organizing sessions and to assist with the project throughout each session. It is very important that both parties can focus on the session. Client must make arrangements for handling phone calls, redirecting visitors etc. so that sessions are not interrupted.

Performance/Delivery Guarantee:

• Changes in organizing habits occur over time, the client understands that the creation of lasting results will require multiple organizing sessions.
• Failure on the client’s part to implement and maintain those systems recommended by the organizer shall in no way be constructed as a failure to provide adequate services or a breach of contract on the organizer’s part. The client accepts full responsibility for all decisions made during the organizing session.
• Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC strives to meet a 100% client satisfaction level. If we fail to meet any of the proposed solutions as detailed on the front of this contract, please provide us with a written letter describing what solution, or parts of the solution, within 7 business days. Paris Love Productivity Institute, LLC will then schedule a complimentary session (s) to make necessary adjustments. Failure to make a claim within this period implies that you fully accept the completed solutions at the agreed upon price.
